Here’s how to create a fulfilling day!

What are the things you do, that allows you to draw positive state (emotions) from within you?

Most people are constantly trying to draw state from “OTHERS”, meaning to say they are reliant a lot on the external, which is ONLY temporary.

When we draw state from within, it is permanent. Period.

I know it’s quite hard to grasp the idea of drawing state from within, but try to understand here for a second..

Imagine sports is one of the key activities that you do, which makes you feel energetic, positive and feeling good about yourself after an hour of workout.

That’s one thing you can do to draw positive state from within.

Or perhaps it’s meditation, feeling more peaceful and mindful after a session or two.
Another good analogy to understand it, would be a Positive Emotion BANK.
Every time you do something that makes you feel good, you fill up your positive emotion
BANK. Once your cup of positive emotions is full, you can constantly draw from within.
When it’s empty, negativity starts to creep in along with the negative thoughts.
You need to know what works for you.Don’t have one? Create one!

Personally for me, here are 3 key activities I do besides the 21 powerful habits that allows me to draw positive state from within all the time.

1. Connect with nature
Sometimes, we need to disconnect from the everyday noise to in order to connect with ourselves.
Taking a walk in the park, appreciating the trees or perhaps just taking photographs of nature is a way to connect with mother earth.

2. Sing
Singing is a form of expression. Personally, I love music, so when I sing, I’m able to release blocked emotions and express myself. Picking up other forms of music can also be a way of expression. See what resonates with you 🙂
-I don’t sing because I’m happy. I’m happy because I sing!
3. Personal Evolution activities. 
There are many forms of personal evolution activities. Reading could be one, indulging yourself into self-help, webinars or seminars could be other ways as well. There are SO many ways to upgrade yourself. Just pick one and start biting into it! 🙂
